Do we get to meet the musician prior to selection?

If you chose, however it is not always necessary. We have office space available to meet and discuss your needs, song selections etc.

What happens if the musician cancels?

In the remote case a musician may not be able to play, VMC will find a suitable replacement to ensure your day runs smoothly! We also ensure timeliness by confirming with the musician on the day of the event.

What are the payment arrangements?

For events a non- refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remainder is due 1 day prior to the event (rehearsal dinner) and is made payable to V Music Connection. If this is not possible, alternate arrangements may be able to be made.

How far will you travel?

We are based in Durham and service the surrounding area as well as the GTA. We can travel further North or East for an additional fee.

I am looking for live music that is not advertised on your site?

We have put together a roster that includes a variety of talented musicians. This is no way however inclusive. We have many additional contacts we can call upon if needed. Please contact us and let us connect you to your musical vision.
